In 1868 liet de schrijver Johannes Kneppelhout een concertzaal bouwen. Het pand is gelegen nabij de uiterwaarden van de Rijn.
In de Concertzaal zijn regelmatig feesten, presentaties en workshops. Elk jaar vindt hier o.a. de Airborne Music Night plaats. Ook wordt er het unieke ‘Proef de Film’ georganiseerd, een concept waarbij je naar een film kijkt en ondertussen dezelfde gerechten uit de film proeft.

Filmhuis
Filmhuis Oosterbeek is misschien het kleinste, maar zeker het gezelligste filmhuis van Nederland. Voorzien van de nieuwste projectietechniek, 3D-installatie en Dolby 7.1 surround geluid en gedragen door een team van enthousiaste vrijwilligers.
Elke vrijdag en zondag is hier de betere publieksfilm te zien, maar er is veel meer. In het maandelijkse Dokart-programma vertonen ze bijzondere documentaires, in het bijzijn van bijzondere gasten en met volop ruimte voor interactie met de zaal. Er zijn de bezielende bijeenkomsten van ‘Zin op Zondag’ en eens per maand is er het altijd drukbezochte Kinderfilmhuis.

Airborne taptoe
Jong en oud komen samen om te genieten van het muziek- en showspektakel dat plaats vindt in het hart van Oosterbeek. De organisatie streeft naar een aansprekend programma met variatie en goed muzikaal niveau. Aansluitend aan het hoofdprogramma volgt de traditionele finale, bestaande uit het koraal ‘Abide with me’, de volksliederen van Engeland, Polen en Nederland, welke uit volle borst worden meegezongen. Het taptoesignaal maakt ook deel uit van de finale en is een moment van bezinning en herdenking. Dit alles onderscheid de Airborne Taptoe van andere taptoes, het unieke Oosterbeekse taptoegevoel.

Airborne taptoe
Jong en oud komen samen om te genieten van het muziek- en showspektakel dat plaats vindt in het hart van Oosterbeek. De organisatie streeft naar een aansprekend programma met variatie en goed muzikaal niveau. Aansluitend aan het hoofdprogramma volgt de traditionele finale, bestaande uit het koraal ‘Abide with me’, de volksliederen van Engeland, Polen en Nederland, welke uit volle borst worden meegezongen. Het taptoesignaal maakt ook deel uit van de finale en is een moment van bezinning en herdenking. Dit alles onderscheid de Airborne Taptoe van andere taptoes, het unieke Oosterbeekse taptoegevoel.

In de Weverstraat vind je de Kreek, een cultuur- en ontmoetingscentrum in Oosterbeek. De Kreek is een non-profit organisatie die voor en door de inwoners van Oosterbeek en omgeving als een tweede huiskamer kan worden gebruikt. Er zijn ruimtes te huur voor workshops, lezingen, presentaties, muziek oefenruimte, optredens, voorstellingen en expositieruimte voor kunstenaars.
Het is een ontmoetingsplek voor jong en oud. Aan de bar kun je koffie, thee, sapjes, bier of een glaasje wijn krijgen.
De Kreek heeft daarnaast een Repair café waar enthousiaste handige vrijwilligers allerlei spullen repareren. In de tweedehandswinkel, de Struinmarkt, vind je vast iets leuks voor een betaalbare prijs.
